Actually it’s pronounced like ‘Wrote-in’. You know, like ‘He’s was a good scribbler. He’s wrotein a bunch of good books!’ Just making fun- I live in Branson, and this is only the tip of the iceberg.
that’s what i was figuring. i coached baseball at buffalo high school with coach Roweton (same pronunciation) … this was just too close to pass up
Well I can name two similar instances. In two small towns in southwest Iowa there is a family owned drug store called Stoner Drug. Some Things u just cane make up. In their defense they are really nice people. Off Shawnee Mission parkway there is a store called Nigros Western Store. Again this is a good instance of a great store but bad name all based on a persons last name. Some times you just wonder what people are thinking when they name their business.
